According to garden path requirements, soil meeting the design requirement is selected for layered backfilling and layered compaction of the plain soil roadbed; the foundation flatness of the roadbed is detected; after compaction, a cutting ringis used for sampling to check the roadbed quality; the density coefficient is greater than or equal to 0.93; graded broken stones are paved continuously; construction of a cushion layer is firstly carried out during graded broken stone paving; a sand filter layer is laid; and a pervious concrete base layer is poured by firstly pouring pervious concrete on the bottom layer, pouring pervious concrete on the surface layer, maintaining the pervious concrete base layer, paving road shoulder stones after construction and maintenance of the pervious concrete base layer, and continuing asphalt sealinglayer construction, carrying out asphalt bonding layer construction, and carrying out asphalt surface layer construction and maintenance.
