The green belts comprise a greening base and kerbs arranged at a periphery of a top of the greening base in a surrounding manner; drainage channels are formed in the twosides, close to the kerbs, of the municipal road; a water storage cavity is formed in the greening base; one end of a drainage groove is connected with the drainage channel, and the other end of the drainage groove is connected with the green belts; the drainage groove penetrates through the kerbs; and a communicating groove connected with the water storage cavity is formed in the side wall, closeto the water storage cavity, of the drainage channel, the communicating groove is obliquely formed downwards from the water storage cavity to the drainage channel, multiple rows of water guide grooves are formed in the top of the water storage cavity and penetrate through the greening base, a spraying piece is arranged in the water storage cavity, and an anti-backflow piece is arranged in the water storage cavity. The road aims to discharge and collect rainwater, and use the collected rainwater to irrigate again so as to ensure the survival of green plants in the green belts and effectively saving water resources.
