The stirring cylinder body is connected with a hot air circulation heating device and an exhaust pipeline; an air outlet of the exhaust pipeline faces an air return port of the hot air circulation heating device; a lining plate is fixed on an outer side of the stirring cylinder body; a maintenance door is arranged on the stirring cylinder body; a heat preservation assembly is arranged on the stirring cylinder body and the maintenance door; a stirring shaft assembly and a wear-resistant lining plate are arranged in the stirring cylinder body; and shaft seats used for supporting the stirring shaft assembly are arranged at the two ends of the front end of the stirring cylinder body, a power driving assembly is connected to the shaft seats, the power driving assembly is connected with the stirring shaft assembly, the stirring shaft assembly is connected with a synchronous gear, a maintenance material door and a turnover oil cylinder are arranged on the side surface of the stirring cylinder body, and the turnover oil cylinder drives the maintenance material door to turn over. According to the forced continuous type double-horizontal-shaft stirring device for the remixer, efficient utilization of heat energy can be achieved, a smoke generation amount and reclaimed material aging are reduced, and a paving temperature of reclaimed materials is increased.
