The invention discloses a grouting cap device for grouting. The device comprises a grouting nozzle, a grouting sleeve and a grouting rod. The grouting nozzle is mounted on the left side of the grouting sleeve; the grouting rod is mounted on the right side of the grouting sleeve; a first grouting cavity is chamber in the grouting nozzle; a second grouting chamber is formed in the grouting sleeve; athird grouting chamber is formed in the grouting rod; the third grouting chamber, the second grouting chamber and the first grouting chamber are cylinders with the same diameter and are connected with one another; and a grouting plate is installed at the end of the right side of the grouting rod and comprises a fixed plate and a movable plate, the fixed plate is movably connected with the movableplate, a through hole is formed in the middle of the fixed plate, the fixed plate is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the grouting rod in a sleeving mode through the through hole, and the movable plate can block the through hole of the fixed plate. The device is reasonable in structure, easy to clean and good in grouting effect. By using the grouting method, high polymer grouting can be completed safely and rapidly, and the method is easy to operate.
