The invention provides a bridge inclination resisting device, a bridge and a bridge construction method. The bridge inclination resisting device comprises a base, a bottom plate, a top plate and a connecting column. The bottom plate is located on the base in the vertical direction. A first sliding groove is formed in the end face, away from the base, of the bottom plate in the vertical direction.The first sliding groove extends in the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction. The top plate is located over the bottom plate in the vertical direction. A second sliding groove is formed in the end face, close to the bottom plate, of the top plate in the vertical direction. The second sliding groove extends in the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and is located over the first sliding groove in the vertical direction, the connecting column extends in the vertical direction, the two ends of the connecting column in the vertical direction are inserted into the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove respectively, and the connecting column can slide in the extending direction of the first sliding groove. Inclination of the bridge body can be corrected orreduced according to the inclination direction of the bridge body and the position of the sliding connecting column, operation is simple and fast, the working efficiency is high, and the inclinationcorrection effect on the bridge body is good.
