Integrally-movable box culvert formwork and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an integrally-movable box culvert formwork and a construction method thereof. The box culvert formwork comprises a first state and a second state, in the first state, the lifting mechanism extends to enable a first movable frame to move upwards away from the ground and move an inner top plate upwards to a preset height, meanwhile, a first driving mechanism drives two innerside plates to extend outwards to preset positions, and an outer formwork is arranged outside an inner formwork in a surrounding mode so that concrete can be poured to form the box culvert; and in a second state, the first driving mechanism drives the two inner side plates to contract inwards to preset positions, the lifting mechanism contracts to enable the first movable frame to move downwards to the ground, so that the inner formwork is integrally moved through a first trolley, the second driving mechanism drives the outer side plates to be separated from the side face of the box culvert, and the outer formwork is integrally moved through a second trolley. The box culvert formwork can be rapidly assembled, disassembled and moved, the labor intensity of workers can be greatly reduced, the manufacturing period of a box culvert is shortened, and the manufacturing cost of the box culvert is reduced.
本发明公开了一种整体移动式箱涵模板及其施工方法,其中,箱涵模板包括第一状态和第二状态,在第一状态下,升降机构伸展使第一可移动架上移远离地面,将内顶板上移至预定高度,同时第一驱动机构驱动两内侧板向外扩展至预定位置,外模板围设在内模板外,以便于浇筑混凝土形成箱涵;在第二状态下,第一驱动机构驱动两内侧板向内收缩至预定位置,升降机构收缩使第一可移动架下移至地面,以便通过第一台车整体移动内模板,第二驱动机构驱动外侧板脱离箱涵的侧面,以便通过第二台车整体移动所述外模板。本发明箱涵模板在组装、拆卸和移动过程中均可快速完成,能够极大的减小人工劳动强度,缩短箱涵的制作周期,降低箱涵的制作成本。
