The invention discloses an antiseeping grouting and reinforcing construction method for a basement exterior wall. A process flow successively comprises base layer cleaning; grouting part checking; hole distributing; drilling; hole cleaning and protecting; nozzle distributing; grouting material preparing; grouting and repeated grouting checking; solidifying; and nozzle detaching. In order to solvethe problem that a water pressure damages exterior wall concrete to generate leakage of water or water burst after the water level of the basement exterior wall is raised, a stone body which is novelin structure, high in strength, high in waterproof performance and chemically stable and good is formed to improve the watertightness and bearing force of a foundation and ensure that reinforced concrete of the exterior wall is not impacted by water pressure. After construction, no water is seeped after a wall space is observed for 48-72 hours, so that an effect of no seepage and leakage can be achieved fully.
本发明公开了地下室外墙堵漏灌浆及加固施工方法,工艺流程依次为:基层清理→核对灌浆部位→布孔→钻孔→清孔、护孔→布嘴→配置灌浆料→灌浆,反复检查灌浆→固结→拆嘴;针对地下室外墙在水位提高后,水压对外墙混凝土造成破坏,产生渗漏水或涌水问题,形成一个结构新、强度大、防水性能高和化学稳定良好的“结石体”,达到提高地基的不透水性和承载力,确保外墙钢筋混凝土不受水压的冲击,施工完成后,经过48~72小时观察墙面无水渗出,从而能够完全达到不渗不漏的效果。
