Filled support structure of steel support and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a filled support structure of a steel support. The filled support structure is used for supporting the steel support in a foundation pit and comprises an embedded mechanism, apressing plate and a pushing mechanism, wherein the embedded mechanism is embedded in the inner wall of the foundation pit, and the part, exposing out of the inner wall of the foundation pit, of theembedded mechanism is provided with a supporting plate for supporting the corresponding end of the steel support; the pressing plate rotationally arranged on the supporting plate, and abuts against the corresponding end of the steel support; and the pushing mechanism is arranged on the supporting plate, one end of the pushing mechanism abuts against the inner wall of the foundation pit, the otherend of the pushing mechanism abuts against the pressing plate, and the pushing mechanism abuts against the pressing plate so that the prerssing plate can rotate around the rotatable connection part ofthe pushing mechanism so as to tightly abut against the end of the steel support, so that the steel support is supported in the foundation pit. The structure is simple and reliable, low in cost, convenient to construct, high in practicability and the like, the filling type adjustment is adopted, the cost of vertical hoisting machinery in the process of mounting and dismounting the steel support is reduced, and the integrity of the steel support is guaranteed, so that the steel support is recycled.
本发明涉及一种钢支撑的填充式支座结构,用于支撑基坑内的钢支撑,支座结构包括:埋设于基坑内壁的预埋机构,预埋机构露出基坑内壁的部分设有供承托钢支撑对应端部的承托板;可转动的置于承托板上的抵压板,抵压板抵靠于对应的钢支撑的端部;设于承托板上且一端抵靠于基坑内壁的顶推机构,顶推机构的另一端顶靠抵压板,通过顶推机构顶靠抵压板使得抵压板绕其可转动的连接处进行转动,进而紧紧抵靠所述钢支撑的端部,从而实现了将钢支撑顶撑于基坑内。本结构简单可靠、成本低、施工便捷、实用性强等特点,采用填充式调节,不仅减少了钢支撑安装和拆卸过程中,垂直吊装机械的成本,而且保证了钢支撑的完整性,从而实现了钢支撑的可重复利用。
