The water conservancy dredging device is characterized by comprising a feeding pipeline, a suction pump arranged on the feeding pipeline, a sludge treatment mechanism and a discharging pipeline; the sludge treatment mechanism comprises a first crushing assembly, a second crushing assembly and a fine material channel; a first material guide pipeline and a second material guide pipeline are arranged between the first crushing assembly and the feeding pipeline and between the second crushing assembly and the feeding pipeline respectively; the first material guide pipeline is located on the upper stream of the second material guide pipeline; a first screening plate and a second screening plate are arranged between the first material guiding pipeline and the feeding pipeline and between the second material guiding pipeline and the feeding pipeline respectively; screening holes are formed in each of the two screening plates at intervals, and the diameter of the screening holes in the first screening plate is larger than that of the screening holes inthe second screening plate; and the fine material channel, the first crushing assembly and the second crushing assembly are all connected with the discharging pipeline. According to the scheme, crushed stones with different particle sizes in the sludge are screened and crushed independently while the sludge is pumped.
