The invention discloses a construction device of a cast-in-situ slab strip small abutted seam at a laminated floor and a construction method thereof. The construction device comprises construction supporting mechanisms installed under small grooves in the laminated floor, the construction supporting mechanisms include module supporting plates which are close to the laminated floor and bearing andsupporting devices installed on the module supporting plates, and the bearing and supporting devices comprise pressure supporting brackets and abutting and supporting mechanisms; the abutting and supporting mechanisms include battens which vertically abut on the module supporting plates and ejecting brackets which abut under the battens; the pressure supporting brackets include at least two rows of longitudinal supporting rods, auxiliary connecting rods are horizontally connected between the longitudinal supporting rods in the same row, and auxiliary stabilizer rods are connected between the two longitudinal supporting rods at corresponding positions of two adjacent rows, and foot pads are installed at the bottom of each longitudinal supporting rod; the bottoms of the ejecting brackets arecoaxially and fixedly installed at the top ends of the longitudinal supporting rods. The construction device of the cast-in-situ slab strip small abutted seam at the laminated floor and the construction method thereof have the advantages that the laminated floor is tightly joined and spliced to avoid cracks in a building structure.
