The invention discloses a wall heat preservation panel. According to the technical scheme, the wall heat preservation panel is characterized by comprising a heat preservation layer, an outer panel body and an inner panel body, wherein the outer panel body and the inner panel body are arranged on the two sides of the heat preservation layer; a prefabricated embedded plate is embedded in the heat preservation layer and internally comprises a heat preservation panel body and a heat insulation plate, the heat insulation plate is hollow, the heat preservation panel body can be embedded in the heatinsulation plate, at least one fixing strip is arranged on the heat insulation plate, and the fixing strips and the heat insulation plate are integrally formed; and fixing grooves matched with the fixing strips are formed in the two sides of the heat preservation panel body and matched with the fixing strips. The heat preservation panel can be effectively combined with the heat preservation panelbody and the heat insulation plate, and therefore the heat preservation and heat insulation effects are achieved.
