Slope roof tile hanging structure supported by solar panel and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a sloping roof tile hanging structure supported by a solar panel and a construction method thereof. The sloping roof tile hanging structure comprises a building roof concrete structure sloping panel. A waterproof layer, an insulation layer, a corrugated waterproof board and roof tiles are sequentially laid on the sloping panel. The corrugated waterproof board is provided with a tile hanging grid formed by horizontal tile hanging steel bars of equal height. The roof tiles are lapped and hung on the horizontal tile hanging steel bars of the grid. The solar panel is fixedon the roof tiles through a supporting and mounting frame. Erected upright steel bars are installed on the slope panel. The upright steel bars are fixed on the slope panel through drilling holes in the slope panel. The upright steel bars penetrate through the waterproof layer, the insulation layer and the corrugated waterproof board. The horizontal tile hanging steel bars of the tile hanging gridare welded and fixed on the upright steel bars which penetrate through the waterproof layer, the insulation layer and the corrugated waterproof board. The sloping roof tile hanging structure uses planted steel bars to fix galvanized steel horizontal tile hanging steel bars, connects a solar mounting frame and the horizontal tile hanging steel bars with connecting pieces, and eliminates reinforcedconcrete foundation piers in traditional craftsmanship. The installation is firmer, and waterproof is simpler.
本发明公开了一种带有太阳能板支撑的坡屋面挂瓦结构及其施工方法,包括建筑屋顶混凝土结构坡面板,在坡面板上依次铺设有防水层、保温层、波形防水板和屋面瓦,在波形防水板之上设置有等高的横向挂瓦钢筋形成的挂瓦网格,屋面瓦搭接挂在网格的横向挂瓦钢筋上,太阳能板通过支撑安装架固定在屋面瓦之上,在坡面板上设置有竖起的直立钢筋,直立钢筋通过在坡面板上钻孔植入固定在坡面板上,直立钢筋从防水层、保温层、波形防水板穿出,挂瓦网格的横向挂瓦钢筋焊接固定在穿出的直立钢筋上,本发明用植筋的钢筋来固定镀锌钢质横向挂瓦钢筋,再用连接件连接太阳能安装架和横向挂瓦钢筋,取消了传统工艺中的钢筋混凝土基础墩,安装更牢固、防水更简单。
