The invention relates to an obliquely pulled spiral ramp structure. The obliquely pulled spiral ramp structure comprises a ramp main body structure (1) and inhaul cable groups (2), wherein the ramp main body structure (1) is in a spiral shape, extends gradually and upwards from the ground, and is deviated toward one side in the direction of height; the ramp main body structure (1) is provided withthe inhaul cable groups (2) at different heights; one end of each inhaul cable in the inhaul cable groups (2) is disperse and is connected to the ramp main body structure (1), and the other ends areconverged at one point and then are connected to an external structure; and an energy dissipation and vibration reduction module is arranged in the ramp main body structure (1). Compared with the prior art, the obliquely pulled spiral ramp structure has the advantages of no need to arrange force transmission components, clear stress, light structure, flexible arrangement and the like.
