The invention discloses a polyurethane hard bubble spraying and leveling method applied to a dry type floor heating heat preservation layer. The method comprises the following steps that dust-free cleaning is carried out on the ground surface to be sprayed; spraying equipment and needed polyurethane are prepared, and pipelines needed during spraying are arranged; the spraying equipment is started,and the polyurethane is sprayed to the ground surface through a spray head of the equipment; after spraying is completed, spraying of the polyurethane is achieved; a sliding rail in a horizontal state is laid on the upper surface of polyurethane hard bubbles, and the sliding rail is in a horizontal state; and grinding and leveling equipment capable of moving relative to the sliding rail is installed on the sliding rail, the surface of the polyurethane hard bubbles is ground and leveled, and after grinding and leveling are completed, grinding and leveling of the polyurethane hard bubbles are achieved. According to the method, operation is simple and convenient in the spraying and grinding process, then rapid operation and construction of the polyurethane hard bubbles can be achieved, and popularization and application are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种应用于干式地暖保温层的聚氨酯硬泡喷涂找平方法，包括如下步骤：对待喷涂的地表面进行无尘化清理；准备好喷涂设备及所需的聚氨酯，并排布好喷涂时所需的管线；开启喷涂设备并通过设备的喷头将聚氨酯喷涂在地表面；待喷涂完毕后，即实现了聚氨酯的喷涂；在聚氨酯硬泡的上表面铺设呈水平状态的滑动轨，并使滑动轨呈水平状态；在滑动轨安装可相对滑动轨进行移动的打磨找平设备，对聚氨酯硬泡表面进行打磨找平，待打磨找平完成后，即实现对聚氨酯硬泡打磨找平。本发明在喷涂及打磨的过程中操作简单方便，进而能够实现对聚氨酯硬泡的快速操作施工，有利于进行推广应用。
