Steel tube triangle truss supporting system and construction method
The invention provides a steel tube triangle truss supporting system and a construction method. An annular horizontal slotted hole is formed in the side wall of a lock chamber for assembling a triangle truss horizontal rod. According to a triangle truss vertical rod, the upper end of the triangle truss vertical rod is fixedly connected to the triangle truss horizontal rod through a buckle, and thelower end of the triangle truss vertical rod is fixedly connected to a triangle truss inclined rod; the triangle truss inclined rod is configured to be connected to the triangle truss vertical rod and the triangle truss horizontal rod through buckles, and meanwhile the bottom end of the triangle truss inclined rod in butt joint with the side wall of the lock chamber. Two adjacent triangle truss structures are connected through a steel tube and/or a buckle to form a triangle truss supporting platform. Embedded bars are used for fixing the triangle truss horizontal rod. A weighing scaffold is built on a triangle truss supporting platform and supports a cantilever of the lock chamber. According to the system and method, only the horizontal rod is embedded, disposable consumption of embeddedparts is saved, the scaffold building difficulty is lowered, a large amount of disassembling and building work of the lock chamber upper structures is avoided, and the time limit for a project and adopted materials are controlled.
