Construction method of large-span irregular trusses
The invention discloses a construction method of large-span irregular trusses. The method includes the steps that the large-span irregular trusses with different bottom elevations are divided into regular partial trusses with same bottom elevation and residual irregular partial trusses in advance; then the regular partial trusses are assembled on a ground home position; the regular partial trussesare lifted to a specific elevation (the elevation of satisfying the mounting requirement of bottom irregular partial trusses) and hovered at the low altitude after assembly, and the regular partial trusses are subjected to temporary fixing constraint measures; the regular partial trusses act as a support system to assemble the residual irregular partial trusses at the low altitude; and the large-span irregular trusses are lifted to a design elevator wholly and mounted and fixed after the irregular partial trusses are assembled completely. According to the method, on the basis of lowering construction safety hazards, the construction efficiency can be greatly improved, a great number of temporary support facility building costs can be saved, good economic benefits can be achieved, and themethod has the advantages of safety, economy, and efficiency and the like.
