The invention relates to a parking lifting device. The parking lifting device comprises an annular guide rail frame, wherein a driving chain is arranged in an annular guide rail of the annular guide rail frame, the annular guide rail frame comprises a base guide rail section on the lower portion and a platform guide rail section on the upper portion, a movable vehicle carrying table is arranged onthe platform guide rail section, one end of the movable vehicle carrying table is hinged to one end of a traction rod, the other end of the traction rod is hinged to a driving chain at one end of thebase guide rail section, the other end of the movable vehicle carrying platform is hinged to one end of a flexion-extension connecting rod assembly, the other end of the flexion-extension connectingrod assembly is hinged to the other end of the base guide rail section, the driving chain drives the traction rod to drive the movable vehicle carrying table to be linked with the flexion-extension connecting rod assembly to achieve a lifting motion of the movable vehicle carrying table. The optimized simplified mechanism is adopted, the space utilization rate is increased, using and maintaining convenience is improved, and the parking lifting device has the characteristics of being high in space utilization rate and convenient to use and maintain.
