The invention discloses an anti-seepage concrete progressive structure for an underground goaf and a construction method thereof, belongs to the field of mining, and solves the problem that agents andharmful chemical components in tailings pollute underground water. An anti-seepage concrete bottom layer is laid at the bottom of the goaf, a plurality of layers of anti-seepage bodies are arranged on the inner side wall of the goaf from bottom to top, and an anti-seepage concrete wall is arranged at an entrance and an exit of the goaf. The construction method comprises the following steps: pumping anti-seepage concrete to the bottom of the goaf to form the anti-seepage concrete bottom layer; pumping quick-setting anti-seepage concrete along the lower end of the inner side wall of the goaf toform a first layer of anti-seepage body, and then filling the first layer of tailings; pumping a second layer of quick-setting anti-seepage concrete along the inner side wall of the goaf, and fillingthe second layer of tailings; and repeating the operation; and pouring an anti-seepage concrete wall at the entrance and the exit of the goaf. According to the invention, agents and harmful chemicalcomponents in tailings can be effectively prevented from seeping out along rock cracks and polluting underground water. The construction method is easy.
