Rotatable settlement observation point burying method
The invention provides a rotatable settlement observation point burying method. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a rotatable settlement observation point sleeves a screw, then the screw is sleeved with a gasket and a spring gasket sequentially and screwed down through a hexagon bolt cap, and finally, the two ends of the screw and an openable protection box are welded to form a rotatable settlement observation device; (2) in a concrete wall body, the rotatable settlement observation device is pre-buried in the wall body, and the openable protection box is enabled to be flush with a template; (3) the openable protection box is welded with anchor bars and concrete reinforcing steel bars behind the openable protection box; and (4) during settlement observation, the openable protection box is opened, the rotatable settlement observation point is rotated by 90 degrees so as to allow the rotatable settlement observation point to be exposed out of the openable protection box,and settlement observation can be carried out by putting a leveling rod on the rotatable settlement observation point. By using the method, the image of the settlement point can be accurately observed, the stability of the observation point can be ensured, a construction process can be simplified, and the method is convenient and applicable.
一种可旋转式沉降观测点埋设方法,包括如下步骤:①将可旋转式沉降观测点套入螺杆中,然后依次将垫片、弹簧垫片套入且通过六角螺栓帽拧紧,最后将螺杆两端与可打开式保护盒焊接形成可旋转式沉降观测装置;②在砼墙体内,将可旋转式沉降观测装置预埋于墙体中,且使可打开式保护盒与模板平齐;③将可打开式保护盒与后面的锚筋与砼钢筋焊接;④当沉降观测时,将可打开式保护盒打开,将可旋转式沉降观测点旋转90°,使可旋转式沉降观测点外漏于可打开式保护盒,放上水准尺,即可进行沉降观测。使用本发明可精确地观测到沉降点的影像、可保证观测点的稳定性、可简化施工流程、方便适用。
