Intelligent material distributing method of concrete distributing machine integrated with steel platform
The invention discloses an intelligent material distributing method of a concrete distributing machine integrated with a steel platform. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, establishing amathematical model during material distribution operation of the concrete distributing machine; 2, calculating the material distribution amount of a material distribution point; 3, enabling a computercontrol system of the distributing machine to convert an optimal material distribution construction scheme into distributing machine intelligent material distribution control parameters by taking theminimum total time of the distribution operation as an optimal solution index; and step 4, outputting the material distribution control parameters of the optimal material distribution construction scheme in the step 3 to a distributing machine mechanical control system, so as to control the concrete distributing machine to carry out material distribution. According to the intelligent material distributing method of the concrete distributing machine of the invention, according to the established mathematical model, the minimum total time of the material distribution operation is taken as the optimal solution index, and the concrete distributing machine is controlled to distribute materials, so that the arm support of the distributing machine can cross obstacle structures such as steel columns, the whole process is automatic, intelligent and accurate in material distribution; and the material distributing method has the advantages of more scientific and reasonable material distributionpath and high intelligent degree.
