The embodiment of the invention provides an unlocking method based on a transformer substation relay protection room intelligent lock system. The unlocking method comprises steps that an unlocking request sent by a user terminal is received; if it is judged that the unlocking request is sent by the user terminal by scanning a two-dimensional code corresponding to the intelligent lock, and if it isjudged that the intelligent lock works normally, an unlocking instruction is sent; if it is judged that the unlocking request is sent by the user terminal by inputting the ID number corresponding tothe intelligent lock, and if it is judged that the intelligent lock works normally, a dynamic password obtaining instruction is sent to the intelligent lock corresponding to the ID number; the dynamicpassword returned by the intelligent lock is received, and the dynamic password is sent to the user terminal so that a user corresponding to the user terminal performs an unlocking operation throughthe number keys of the intelligent lock. The unlocking method is advantaged in that a watch keeper in a transformer substation is convenient to take charge of basic functions such as operation place control and operation risk control, practicability, safety and convenience are improved, and safety and efficiency of production work are improved.
