The invention relates to an assembly type artificial fish reef with a triangular steel structure. The assembly type artificial fish reef with the triangular steel structure comprises a structure assembly and a function assembly, the structure assembly and the function assembly being detachably assembled and connected, wherein the structure assembly comprises a reef body supporting frame, a water-permeable support and a bottom supporting plate, and is made of seawater corrosion resistant steel; the cross section of the reef body supporting frame is a non-right triangle, a fixing support is installed on the reef body supporting frame and is parallel to triangular edges of the reef body supporting frame, the water-permeable support is arranged at the bottom of the reef body supporting frame,the bottom of the reef body supporting frame and the water-permeable support are reinforced through a bottom fixing support, and the bottom supporting plate is welded to the other end of the water-permeable support and makes contact with the seabed; and the functional assembly comprises cement corrugated plates with rough surfaces, the cement corrugated plates are detachably assembled and connected with the reef body supporting frame and the fixing support, and the cement corrugated plates are assembled between the reef body supporting frame and the fixing support at intervals to form the multi-hole artificial fish reef.
