Copper-aluminum composite decorative plate for building outer wall and manufacturing process
The invention discloses a copper-aluminum composite decorative plate for architectural decoration and a manufacturing process. The copper-aluminum composite decorative plate comprises an aluminum alloy base plate, a thin copper decorative surface, a passive film and a fluorocarbon resin varnish layer. The production process of the composite board comprises an angle forming process, a pretreatmentprocess and a spraying process. According to the composite board surface coating technology, a one-coating and two-baking process is adopted, that is, after pretreatment is completed, a chromizing film is formed, and baking is conducted for 8-10 min at the temperature of 80 DEG C to remove clear water residues on the board surface in the pretreatment process, so that the composite board reaches the state suitable for spraying; and by spraying fluorocarbon resin varnish and baking at 220-250 DEG C for 10-15 minutes and curing, the product is obtained. The building decoration material new product developed by adopting the corner forming and one-coating and two-baking production process has good strength, aesthetic property, heat conduction, ultraviolet resistance, flame retardance, corrosionresistance and other new properties, and is more suitable for being applied to coastal or offshore building outer wall decoration with severe environment, high corrosivity and salt fog property.
本发明公开了一种建筑装饰用铜铝复合装饰板及制造工艺,铜铝复合装饰板包括铝合金基层板、薄铜装饰面、钝化膜、氟碳树脂清漆层。复合板的生产工艺包括角成型工艺、前处理工艺和喷涂工艺三部分,复合板表面涂装技术采用“一涂两烤”工艺即前处理完成形成铬化膜后经80℃烘烤8min‑10min来去除前处理过程中板面的清水残留使复合板达到适合喷涂的状态,然后喷涂氟碳树脂清漆经220℃‑250℃烘烤10min‑15min固化而成。本发明采用角成型的和“一涂两烤”的生产工艺开发的建筑装饰材料新产品具有良好的强度、美观性导热、抗紫外线、阻燃、耐腐蚀等新性能,较适合在环境恶劣、高腐蚀性和盐雾性的沿海或海上建筑外墙装饰上应用。
