The invention provides a pipeline bearing structure of a pipeline suspension transportation tool. The structure comprises a pipeline system, a rail system, a pipeline support, a bearing platform and amain bearing structure. The pipeline system is composed of an inner pipe and an outer pipe, sections of the inner pipe and the outer pipe are round, the inner pipe is made of metal materials, pipeline shear nails are evenly distributed on the outer side of the inner pipe in a circumferential direction and a radial direction, and the outer pipe is made of concrete materials and wraps the inner pipe and the pipeline shear nails. The pipeline system participates in bearing, the pipeline system and an internal rail system serve as a main body for bearing a load of the transportation tool together, and the pipeline system is also added into the bearing so that overall bending resistance is enhanced, rail deformation is lower, a material utilization rate is high, and safety of the system is ensured.
本发明提出一种管道悬浮运输工具的管道承载结构,包括管道系统、轨道系统、管道支座、承台和主承载结构,管道系统由内管和外管组成,内外管截面为圆形,内管采用金属材料制成,内管外侧周向和径向上均布管道剪力钉,外管为混凝土材料制成,包裹在内管和管道剪力钉外。本发明管道系统参与承载,即管道系统与内部的轨道系统一起作为承受运输工具载荷的主体,由于管道系统也加入到承载中,整体抗弯特性变强,轨道变形更低,材料利用率大,保证了系统的安全性。
