The invention relates to the field of seaweed processing, and particularly discloses an adjustable fishing device for seaweed recovery. The device comprises a mounting seat, a mounting plate and a fixed support frame, a vertically-downward fixed support frame is installed at the end of the mounting seat, two vertical first supporting rods with different lengths are fixedly installed on the lowerside of the mounting plate, horizontal driving rollers are rotationally installed at the lower ends of the two first supporting rods, and a plurality of salvage net plates perpendicular to a transmission belt are evenly and fixedly installed on the transmission belt; a horizontal shifting roller flush with the driving roller at the lower end of the transmission belt is rotatably mounted at the lower end of the second supporting rod, and a plurality of fishing rods are fixedly mounted on the side wall of the shifting roller. Seaweed located in water is conveyed upwards through the transmissionbelt arranged below the water body and the salvage net plates arranged on the transmission belt, meanwhile, the shifting roller installed at the lower end can extend into the salvage net plates, the seaweed is reversely conveyed to the transmission belt, and the seaweed can be conveniently left on the salvage net plates.
