The restoration treatment mechanism is provided with a sludge smashing box and a sludge-water stirring box which communicate with each other, a rotating roller is rotatably connected into the sludge smashing box, and smashing blades are distributed on the outer side of the rotating roller; the sludge-water stirring box is arranged at the lower partof the sludge smashing box and is provided with a stirring shell and a functional shell which are connected with each other, the functional shell is distributed at two side ends of the stirring shell,an opening is formed in the end part, close to the stirring shell, of the functional shell, and a stirring assembly is arranged in the functional shell; the stirring assembly comprises a sliding rail, a telescopic rod, a toothed plate, a cam and a gear stirring structure, the sliding rail is fixedly installed on the top side of the functional shell, and two springs are connected to the inner sideof the sliding rail. The sludge treatment effect is better by adding chemicals into the inner side of the sludge-water stirring box, and harmful substances contained in sludge can be removed.
