The invention relates to the field of riding auxiliary equipment, and discloses a riding stabilizing device for a rider without getting off. The device comprises a bracket, and a supporting part is formed at the top of the bracket; a bent part protruding out of the first side face of the bracket is formed on the lower middle portion of the bracket, and the bent part is connected with an obliquely-arranged supporting piece; the device further comprises a lighting lamp which is used for being fixed on the supporting piece and/or the bracket. On the other hand, the invention discloses a road facility which comprises a passage and a plurality of riding parking devices fixed to the two sides of the passage. Each riding parking device is the riding stabilizing device for the rider without getting off. By means of the riding stabilizing device for the rider without getting off, the rider can conveniently and temporarily stop to wait for a traffic light to indicate release, and the rider canhave a rest in a short time to recover strength; call answering and making or mobile phone checking during emergency stop is facilitated, and safety and reliability are achieved; certainly, the devicecan also be used as a rest area where the rider temporarily stops to supplement energy (such as drinking water) during long-time riding, and the supporting piece can be used as a seat.
