The invention discloses sidewalk congestion dredging and rain shielding equipment. The equipmentcomprises a curve box and a curve cavity formed in the curve box; land is arranged around the curve box;a curve hydraulic press is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the curve cavity; a lifting plate is fixedly arranged on the upper side of a hydraulic rod of the curve hydraulic press. After the deviceis installed at the designated position of the right side of a road, when an upper-layer road surface is needed, equipment can sense stress of the right side road surface of a sidewalk or the gravityof rainwater to automatically start the equipment, an upper-layer simulated road can be laid, congested traffic is relieved, and wind and rain can be shielded for pedestrians waiting for red street lamps in rainy days.
