The invention discloses a novel anti-skid water-absorbing floor tile. The floor tile comprises a floor tile body. A water storage cavity is arranged in an inner bottom of the floor tile body, a plurality of water-absorbing grooves connecting with the outside are formed in the inner top end of the water storage cavity at equal intervals, anti-skid protruding plates are connected into the water-absorbing grooves in a sealed and sliding mode, and annular limiting grooves are formed in the inner bottoms of the water-absorbing grooves. The floor tile has the advantages that the plurality of anti-skid protruding plates protrude out of the floor tile body when the protruding plates are not trampled by people; an antiskid effect is better; in a process that a sole gradually leaves the anti-skid protruding plate, a movable magnetic sliding plug block generates a counter-acting force under the action of a magnetic repulsion force of a fixed magnetic block; more labor is saved when the floor tileis treaded; in the process of treading the anti-skid protruding plate, rainwater on the upper surface of the floor tile body is continuously pumped into the water storage cavity, an accumulated wateramount is reduced, and the anti-skid effect of the floor tile body is improved; and in a sunny day without rain, the water can be gradually lifted to the upper surface of the floor tile body under acapillary action of the floor tile body, evaporation and heat absorption are achieved, and a heat island effect is reduced.
