The invention provides pavement construction equipment. Two groups of pavement condition monitoring modules and polishing modules are additionally arranged, the pavement condition monitoring modules transmit ultrasonic waves to a pavement in an advancing direction of a vibrating wheel and receive the reflected ultrasonic waves, and a control module confirms whether a to-be-leveled point exists onthe pavement or not according to the reflected ultrasonic waves; if so, the polishing modules are controlled to flatten the to-be-leveled point; and the pavement condition monitoring modules and the polishing modules which are arranged on a vibrating wheel bracket are used for leveling treatment, and then the pavement condition monitoring modules and the polishing modules which are arranged at thebottom of a main body bracket can be continuously used for carrying out secondary leveling treatment so that an uneven position of a to-be-treated pavement is leveled before construction equipment carries out compaction operation on a pavement, and pavement construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种路面施工设备,通过增设两组路面状况监测模块和打磨模块,路面状况监测模块向振动轮前进方向的路面发射超声波,并接收反射的超声波,控制模块根据反射的超声波确认路面是否存在待平整点;若存在,则控制打磨模块对待平整点进行平整处理;并且当设置于振动轮支架上的路面状况监测模块和打磨模块进行平整处理后,可以继续利用设置于主体支架底部的路面状况监测模块和打磨模块进行二次平整处理,从而实现了在施工设备对路面进行压实作业前,对待处理路面存在的高低不平位置进行平整处理,提高路面施工的效率。
