Combined type high pier bent cap construction support
The invention provides a combined type high pier bent cap construction support. Two brackets are mounted on two sides of each pier along a bridge direction, and a bearing beam, a distribution beam anda bent cap construction template are sequentially mounted on each bracket; a bottom of each bracket is connected with an L-shaped hanging bracket; the L-shaped hanging bracket comprises a vertical rod and a transverse rod; and the vertical rod is tightly attached to a pier body, an upper end of the L-shaped hanging bracket is connected with a bracket bottom supporting plate through a pin shaft, alower end is fixedly connected with one end of the transverse rod, the other end of the transverse rod horizontally extends in the bridge direction, a plurality of supporting rods are erected betweenthe transverse rods of all the L-shaped hanging brackets on the same side of the pier, panels are laid on the supporting rods to form a lower platform, and a lower ladder leading to the lower platform is arranged at the bottom of the pier along a pier body. The support is mounted and dismounted through the lower platform, and a problem that a previous high pier support is not provided with a mounting and dismounting construction platform is solved.
本发明提供一种组合式高墩盖梁施工支架,在每个桥墩顺桥向的两侧分别安装有两个牛腿,牛腿上依次安装承重梁、分配梁、盖梁施工模板;在每个牛腿底部连接一L型吊架,L型吊架包括一竖杆和一横杆,竖杆紧贴墩身,上端与牛腿底部支撑板通过销轴连接,下端固定连接横杆的一端,横杆的另一端沿顺桥向水平延伸,在位于桥墩同一侧的所有L型吊架的横杆间搭设有多根支撑杆,支撑杆上铺设面板形成下平台,桥墩底部沿墩身设有通往下平台的下爬梯。本发明通过下平台进行支架的安装拆卸,解决了以往高墩支架无安装拆卸施工平台的问题。
