The invention relates to the field of bridge tensioning adjustment and especially relates to a bridge transverse prestress regulation and control method. The method comprises balancing weights, a rack, a lifting mechanism, a rotating mechanism, an adjusting mechanism, a driving mechanism and a supporting mechanism. The rack is installed on the two balancing weights. The rack comprises a groove, amounting plate, a driving wheel, rotating plates, a limiting plate, a workbench, a protective guard, a safety door and a fixing plate. The groove is formed in a side wall of the lower side of each balancing weight; the mounting plate is connected into the groove in a sliding manner; and the driving wheel is installed at the lower end of the mounting plate, each rotating plate is rotatably connected to the side wall of one side of each balancing weight, the limiting plate is transversely and fixedly connected to the side wall of the side, close to each balancing weight, of each rotating plate,the workbench is installed between the two rotating plates, and the protective guard is fixedly installed on the side wall of the upper side of the workbench. The bridge transverse prestress regulation and control method has advantages that operation is convenient, labor intensity of workers is reduced, and safety performance is high.
本发明涉及桥梁张拉调节领域,具体的说是一种桥梁横向预应力调控方法,包括配重块、台架、升降机构、转动机构、调节机构、驱动机构、支撑机构,所述台架安装于两个配重块上,所述台架包括凹槽、安装板、驱动轮、转板、限位板、工作台、防护栏、安全门和固定板,所述凹槽开设于配重块的下侧侧壁上,且安装板滑动连接于凹槽中,所述驱动轮安装于安装板的下端,所述转板转动连接于配重块的一侧侧壁上,所述限位板横向固定连接于转板靠近配重块的一侧侧壁上,所述工作台安装于两个转板之间,且防护栏固定安装于工作台的上侧侧壁上。本发明提供的桥梁横向预应力调控方法具有操作方便,降低了工作人员的劳动强度,安全性能高的优点。
