Pushing track support

The pushing track support adopts a pile splicing structure; the influence of the geological condition of the construction site on the steel structure part of the support is small; the support steel structure part is prefabricated and formed in a factory; only the support steel structure part needs to be connected withthe on-site pile foundation on site, the construction efficiency is improved, the stability and safety of the support structure are guaranteed, the support structure is more suitable for a muddy and silty clay layer, the stability and rigidity of the whole support structure are guaranteed, and the stability in the bridge installation process is guaranteed.
本发明涉及顶推轨道支架,包括:桩基、承重钢支架、设置于承重钢支架顶部的滑槽,承重钢支架包括设置于桩基上的钢管立柱,钢管立柱与桩基之间设置有连接钢管立柱和桩基的接桩结构。本申请顶推轨道支架采用接桩的结构,施工现场的地质状况对支架钢结构部分的影响较小,支架钢结构部分实现了在工厂预制成型,在现场仅需要支架钢结构部分与现场桩基连接,提高了施工效率,保证了支架结构的稳定性和安全性,且更适合淤泥质粉质的黏土层,保证了整个支架结构的稳定性和刚性,保证了桥梁安装过程中的稳定性。
