Pedals are arranged above and around the chassis; hanging frames are arranged on thetwo inner sides of the chassis; stepping rods are arranged in the middle of the hanging frames; a locking device is arranged at the top of each hanging frame; and locking bolts are installed on the upper portions of the locking devices, sliding rods are fixedly arranged on the lower portions of the locking devices, hanging lugs are arranged at the ends of the hanging frames, reinforcing rods are arranged on the hanging lugs, supporting rods are arranged on the two outer sides of the chassis, protection strips are arranged on the supporting rods, and anti-skid rubber pads are arranged on the stepping rods and detachably connected with the stepping rods. Problems that in the prior art, a crane is used for bridge outer side construction, moving is inconvenient, cost is high, and consumed timeis long are solved, the sliding rod, the locking devices and the locking bolts are arranged, the position of the sliding rod can be moved according to a width of the outer side surface of a bridge, moving is convenient, and an application range is wide; and the protection strips and the anti-skid rubber pads are arranged so that a safety coefficient is high.
