The invention provides an assembled hanging basket for bridge construction. The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction. The problems that in the use process of the existing hanging basket, a clamping rail type fixing mode is adopted for fixing and hanging, the height of a whole hanging basket is difficult to adjust properly, so that construction is difficult when a bridgeis subjected to slope surface treatment, a large number of bolts need to be disassembled when each section moves forwards, tipping accidents are prone to being caused, and operation is troublesome aresolved. The assembled hanging basket comprises fixed clamping rails; the two sets of parallel fixed clamping rails are fixedly installed on the top plane of the bridge body through high-strength expansion bolts. According to the invention, the expansion bolt mounting points on the fixed clamping rails are positioned between base blocks; an adjusting plate is vertically and fixedly installed in the middle of the top plane of the sliding clamping mechanism, adjusting holes which are vertically arranged in a left-right penetrating mode are formed in the adjusting plate, the corners of the hanging frame body are inserted into the adjusting holes through bolts, and the height of the hanging frame body can be properly adjusted.
本发明提供可组装式的桥梁施工用的挂篮,涉及桥梁施工技术领域,以解决现有的挂篮在使用过程中,采用卡轨式固定的方式进行固定悬挂,整个挂篮的高度难以进行适当调整,致使桥梁在进行坡面处理的时候施工较为困难,而且每一个节段的前移,需要拆卸大量的螺栓,不仅易造成倾翻事故,而且操作麻烦的问题,包括固定卡轨;两组相互平行的所述固定卡轨通过高强度膨胀螺栓固定安装在桥梁主体的顶部平面上。本发明中由于固定卡轨上的膨胀螺栓安装点则处于基块之间,而且滑动卡接机构顶部平面的中部垂直固定安装有调整板,其调整板上开设有左右贯穿的竖向排列的调整孔,而挂架主体的边角处则通过螺栓插接在调整孔中,可适当调整挂架主体高度。
