The invention discloses a cleaning and maintaining machine for stay cables of a cable-stayed bridge. A supporting block is hinged to the right side of the supporting frame; a lock catch is arranged between the supporting block and the supporting frame; a placing space is formed between the supporting frame and the supporting block; a cleaning mechanism is arranged in the placing space; a placementspace is formed in the lower side of the cleaning mechanism; a guide mechanism is arranged in the placement space; a drying and spraying mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the guide mechanism; and the drying and spraying mechanism comprises two electric heating tubes symmetrically fixed on the left and right inner walls of the rear side of the placement space. Stay cables can be automatically cleaned, protective coatings can be sprayed on the stay cables, accordingly, cleaning and maintenance effects can be realized for the stay cables, and the service lives of the stay cables can beprolonged. And the machine can operate automatically, so that the labor cost is greatly saved.
本发明公开了一种斜拉桥斜拉索的清洁保养机，所述支撑架右侧铰接连接有支撑块，所述支撑块与所述支撑架之间设有锁扣，所述支撑架与所述支撑块之间设有安放空间，所述安放空间内设有清洁机构，所述的清洁机构下侧设有安置空间，所述安置空间内设有导向机构，所述导向机构下侧设有干燥喷涂机构，所述干燥喷涂机构包括安置空间后侧内壁左右对称固定的两个电热管，本发明可以自动的完成对斜拉索的清洁，并且对斜拉索进行保护涂料的喷涂，实现对斜拉索的清洁保养作用，延长了斜拉索的使用寿命。而且机器能够自动运行，极大的节约了人工成本。
