The invention discloses a waterproof lock. The lock comprises a lock column, a lock cylinder, a spring bolt, and a rubber ring, wherein the lock column includes a lock cylinder hole penetrating through the lock column; the lock cylinder is installed in the lock cylinder hole, a lock hole is formed in the top of the lock cylinder, and a fixing column is arranged at the lower end of the lock cylinder and penetrates out of the lower end of the lock column; the spring bolt is fixedly mounted on the fixed column; and the rubber ring sleeves the lock cylinder and is clamped between the lock cylinderand the lock column. The invention further discloses a parking lock using the lock. According to the waterproof lock, water vapor and the like can be prevented from entering the lock through the lockcylinder, a service life of the lock can be prolonged, and the waterproof lock is simple in component and can be applied to various scenes; and the parking lock adopting the waterproof lock can perform better waterproof protection on components, a circuit board and the like formed by the parking lock, meanwhile, the surface shell of the parking lock can be locked by combining other components ofthe parking lock, damage to the parking lock due to opening of the surface shell is avoided, and the parking lock is integrally protected.
