The invention provides a bridge anti-collision energy storage springback sliding buffer energy dissipation device, relates to the technical field of bridge pier anti-collision protection, and solves problems that an out-of-control vehicle easily rushes to the other side position again after colliding with one bridge pier and deviating from the angle to cause damage to surrounding vehicles or pedestrians due to a fact that the bridge pier cannot effectively block the vehicle. The bridge anti-collision energy storage springback sliding buffer energy dissipation device comprises a cylinder, and two sets of sliding buffer energy dissipation mechanisms are arranged on an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder in an annular array shape. A barb thorn tooth block is embedded into a vehiclebody on a head side of the vehicle; the barb thorn tooth block is arranged so that the out-of-control vehicle can be driven to synchronously rotate along the cylinder; and a resistance is formed through the barb thorn tooth block embedded into the vehicle body on the head side of the vehicle, an impact force of the vehicle during sliding is most effectively reduced within the shortest time, life safety of personnel in the vehicle is guaranteed, and continuous forward collision of the out-of-control vehicle is avoided.
