The invention provides a multipurpose flood blanket. The multipurpose flood blanket is composed of inner cloth, an inner core, outer cloth and supports, wherein one layer of geotechnical cloth servesas the inner cloth, and the other layer of geotechnical cloth serves as the outer cloth; fluff pulp evenly doped with water-absorbent resin serves as the inner core; the flood blanket is formed through segmented sewing; a pipeline is sewn on each segment; and the supports or the inner core can be inserted into the pipelines correspondingly for collapse, piping and leakage of a dike. The multipurpose flood blanket is folded into a triangular prism, a cuboid and a parallelepiped, steel bars, steel members and/ or cable supports are fixed; and the multipurpose flood blanket is used for building aflood control emergency sub-dike and conducting emergency filling and blocking when a river channel breach occurs.
多用途防洪毯，由里布、内芯、外布、支架组成。将一层土工布作里布、另一层土工布作外布，将均匀掺入吸水树酯的绒毛浆作为内芯，分段缝合成防洪毯，每段缝有管道，能分别插入支架或内芯，用于堤埂的塌方、管涌、渗漏；折叠成三棱体、长方体、平行六面体，固定好钢筋、钢构件和/或缆绳支架，用于修筑防洪应急子堤，与河道决口时紧急填堵。
