The invention relates to the technical field of dynamic tamping processes, in particular to a dynamic tamping foundation reinforcement method capable of protecting adjacent buildings/structures. Monitoring points are arranged between a building/structure and a tamping point; flat hammer and column hammer dynamic tamping of different energy levels are performed on a trial taping point, and dynamictamping adopts a symmetrical construction way; through the horizontal displacement and pore water pressure change situation of a soil mass under all rammers obtained through the monitoring points, theextent of the influence degree of dynamic tamping on the horizontal displacement of the surrounding soil mass is analyzed; according to an analysis result, the tamping energy level, position and frequency are adjusted; a repeated backfill tamping method is employed to backfill hard aggregates in a tamping pit, and a foundation is reinforced through a repeated tamping method to reduce the influence on the building/structure; and after dynamic tamping construction is completed, the tamping pit is leveled up by filling, the monitoring points are arranged, and a site is bulldozed and rolled. Thedynamic tamping foundation reinforcement method achieves the effect of shallow replacement of a composite foundation with the cooperation of repeated tamping and hard aggregate backfilling; and compared with an original energy-level dynamic tamping process, the dynamic tamping foundation reinforcement method further improves the soil layer bearing capacity, and relieves the influence on the surrounding environment.
本发明涉及强夯工艺的技术领域,尤其是一种可保护临近建构筑物的强夯地基加固方法,在建构筑物与夯点之间布置监测点;对试夯点进行不同能级的平锤、柱锤强夯,强夯采用对称施工的方式;通过所述监测点得到的各夯锤下的土体水平位移和孔隙水压力变化情况,分析强夯的对周边土体水平位移影响程度的范围;根据分析结果调整夯击能级、位置和次数,采用多次回填夯实法在夯坑中回填硬质骨料,通过多遍夯击方法加固地基,减轻对建构筑物的影响;强夯施工完成后,填平夯坑,整理监测点,并对场地推平碾压。本发明采用多遍夯击配合回填硬质骨料,达到了浅层置换复合地基的效果,相较于原能级强夯工艺,进一步提高了土层承载力,减轻周围环境的影响。
