The invention discloses a bare rock spray-seeding grass planting structure of a microorganism weathered bonding base layer. The bare rock spray-seeding grass planting structure is characterized in that the structure is sequentially composed of bed rock 1, a weathered bonding layer 2, a bacteria-containing soil dressing layer 3 and a plant spray-seeding layer 4 from inside to outside, wherein the weathered bonding layer 2 is composed of weathered microorganism bacterium liquid, planting soil, a humectant and in-situ weathered secondary minerals; and a rock surface microorganism artificial weathering promoting technology and a soil dressing spray-seeding technology are combined. The construction method mainly comprises the steps that planting soil, weathering microorganism bacterium liquid and the humectant are stirred to be uniform, sprayed and seeded on the surface of bed rock 1 and left to stand for 14-28 days, and the weathering bonding layer 2 is prepared; the planting soil, the weathered microbial solution and the humectant are uniformly stirred, sprayed and sowed on the weathered bonding layer 2 to prepare the bacteria-containing soil dressing layer 3; and the planting soil, grass seeds and fertilizer are uniformly stirred, sprayed and sowed on the bacteria-containing soil layer 3 to prepare the plant spraying and sowing layer 4, covering, watering and maintaining are carried out until plants on the slope emerge and grow normally.
