The invention relates to a food waste disposal and reuse apparatus comprising a base, a stirring device and a feeding device. The stirring device is fixedly arranged on the base, food waste is placedin a food crushing box and flows into a stirring box after being ground, and a movable baffle is opened through an electric push rod, so that quantitative flour flows into the stirring box; water in acertain proportion is pumped to the stirring box through a water pump in a water tank, and automatic feeding and blending are completed, so that the blending proportion is more accurate; a stirring rod is driven to rotate through a stepper motor B so as to stir the inside of the stirring box; a gear B is driven to rotate through a stepper motor C, so that the stirring box is driven to rotate to stir the inside of the stirring box more sufficiently, and multiple materials can be fully mixed; and the stirring box is jacked to a designated position through a hydraulic cylinder A, a pressure plate is extruded into a feed machine through a hydraulic cylinder B, and mixed feed is beaten into particles for discharging through the feed machine, so that waste utilization is realized, resources aresaved, and the environment is protected.
