The invention relates to a sewage accumulation releaser. A small flow of sewage is accumulated in a horizontal pipe for the sewage and is then released suddenly, so that a scouring force is improved,the deposition of impurities is reduced, and backwater and unpleasant odors in a sewage pipe are prevented from entering indoors. The sewage accumulation releaser is suitable to be used in a house sewage pipeline and in setting at the same layer of the sewage pipeline.
