The invention discloses a cleaning device for solid garbage in a sewage drainage pipe. The cleaning device comprises a barrel. A compression cavity with an opening being downward is arranged in the barrel. A compression device is arranged in the compression cavity. A moving device is arranged on the left side of the compression cavity and comprises power blocks, wherein the power blocks are symmetric up and down, are fixedly arranged in the barrel and extend out of the barrel. A belt wheel cavity is formed in each power block, rotating shafts with the front ends and the rear ends extending outof the power blocks are rotationally arranged on the sides, close to the outer circle face of the barrel, of the belt wheel cavities, and driving wheels are fixedly arranged at the front ends and therear ends of the rotating shafts. According to the cleaning device, solid garbage in the sewage drainage pipe is firstly subjected to primary crushing and then subjected to secondary crushing, then garbage is compressed into blocks, water is drained through a filter screen, manual dismounting for cleaning is not needed, and the time of workers is saved.
