The invention discloses a reinforced fabricated steel structure beam-column joint. The reinforced fabricated steel structure beam-column joint comprises an H-shaped steel column, an H-shaped steel beam, column flange stiffening ribs, an end plate, inverted-L-shaped lug plates and bolts, wherein the H-shaped steel column, the H-shaped steel beam and the inverted-L-shaped lug plates are connected through the bolts. According to the joint, when an earthquake comes, the lug plates protect the beam-column junction to prevent the beam-column junction from buckling deformation and form dual deformation protection together with the bolts, the strength of the joint is improved, and the strong-joint weak-component seismic design requirement is met; meanwhile, in the joint, a beam component can be rapidly fixed in place during the on-site installation process, welding is not needed, construction efficiency is high, and safety is high; and meanwhile, as the bolts are adopted for assembly, great convenience is brought to on-site construction.
