The invention discloses a transverse keel transverse inserting rotating type rear mounting keel frame which comprises multiple vertical keels, multiple transverse keels and multiple transverse inserting parts. All the vertical keels are sequentially installed on a building body in sequence at intervals, and locking parts are arranged on the vertical keels in advance. All the transverse inserting parts are fixedly installed at the two end portions of the corresponding transverse keels, the transverse inserting parts at the two ends of the transverse keels are inserted in the locking parts of the corresponding ends from the horizontal transverse direction and form transverse and vertical withdraw stop constraint after rotating around the locking parts by an angle. When the locking parts arerotated, the locking parts drive the transverse inserting parts to form locking fixing with the vertical keels. The keel frame has the beneficial effects of being low in cost, convenient to install, high in connecting strength and capable of improving the installation quality and installation efficiency.
