The ceiling electric appliance connecting and fixing structure comprises a box body and a cover plate, wherein thebottom surface of the box body is open and is covered by the cover plate; a clamping piece for fixing a ceiling surface is arranged on the side wall of the box body; the side wall of the opening of the box body extends outwards to form a clamping surface; a clamping piece mounting structure is mounted on the inner side of the side wall where a clamping piece mounting hole is formed; the clamping piece mounting structure comprises a clamping piece guide groove and a mounting sliding block; the clamping piece guide groove comprises guide rails arranged on the two sides of the clamping piece mounting hole; one end of the mounting sliding block is inserted into the guide rails and can slide along the guide rails; the clamping piece comprises a first clamping surface and a second clamping surface; the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface are arranged at an acute angle; the top end of the first clamping surface extends upwards to form an inserting surface; a through fixinggroove is formed in the surface of the second clamping surface; the second clamping surface is inserted into the clamping piece mounting hole; the inserting surface of the first clamping surface extends into the clamping piece mounting hole and then is propped against the inner side wall of a limiting block; and a screw is screwed into a fixing hole of the cover plate, the fixing groove of the second clamping surface and a connecting surface in sequence from bottom to top to fix the clamping piece.
