The invention relates to the technical field of house building drainage, in particular to an energy-saving house building drainage system. The energy-saving house building drainage system comprises adrainage pipe located on the side wall of a house, the top end of the drainage pipe communicates with the bottom of a roof, and the inner wall of the drainage pipe is provided with a plurality of icing sensors for detecting icing at intervals in the length direction of the drainage pipe; the drainage pipe is divided into multiple sections, and a connecting assembly is arranged between every two adjacent sections of the drainage pipe; the side wall of the house is provided with a heating pipe for heating the drainage pipe, and the heating pipe is connected to the drainage pipe in a sleeving manner; the icing sensors are electrically connected with a controller, and the controller is electrically connected with the heating pipe; and the side wall of the house is provided with a driving assembly for driving the heating pipe to move in the length direction of the drainage pipe. The energy-saving house building drainage system has the effect of avoiding that the drainage pipe is likely to crack due to icing.
