Building formwork erecting method
The invention discloses a building formwork erecting method. The building formwork erecting method comprises the following steps that a bottom plate is fixed in a hole; channel steel is taken up, andthe channel steel stretches across the top of a prefabricated pouring formwork and is positioned outside the reserved hole; a pull rod is taken up, penetrates through a limiting hole formed in the surface of a limiting block and penetrates through a penetrating hole formed in the bottom plate; a nut is taken up and screwed with an external thread on the pull rod; and concrete is poured into the hole, so that the height of the concrete is flush with the top of the prefabricated pouring formwork. The building formwork erecting method has the beneficial effects that the channel steel is composedof two U-shaped frames with openings facing in the opposite directions and cuboids erected on the inner sides of the U-shaped frames, the penetrating hole and the limiting hole are positioned in the same vertical plane, guiding during penetrating of the pull rod is increased, and the pull rod can penetrate through the penetrating hole formed in the bottom plate conveniently; and the erecting process is simplified, and the erecting efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种建筑用模板搭设方法,所述搭设方法如下:在洞口的内部固定底板;拿起槽钢,将槽钢横跨在预制浇筑模板的顶部,并使得槽钢处于预留洞口外;拿起拉杆,使得拉杆顺着限位块的表面开设的限位孔穿过,并使得拉杆穿过底板上开设的穿孔;拿起螺母,将螺母分别与拉杆上的外螺纹旋合;向洞口内浇筑混凝土,使得混凝土的高度与预制浇筑模板的顶部齐平;本发明的有益效果是:槽钢由两个开口朝向相反方向的“U”型架以及架设在“U”型架内侧的长方体构成,穿孔和限位孔的孔处于同一竖直面上,增加了拉杆穿过时的导向,便于拉杆穿过底板上开设的穿孔;简化了搭设工艺,提高了搭设的效率。
