The invention provides a semi-automatic plate erecting manipulator for a prefabricated building, relates to the technical field of building devices, and aims to solve the problems that a conventionalprefabricated vertical wall plate is relatively long as usual as well as can hardly be carried and erected by a single person, a partition wall plate is likely to incline when being clamped by a conventional clamping mechanism due to the possible inconsistency of plate thicknesses during the use of a conventional plate erecting mechanism, the manual secondary adjustment is required due to the possible existence of an inclination angle during the prefabrication process, and both the time and the effort are wasted. The semi-automatic plate erecting manipulator comprises a baseplate, wherein an L-shaped mounting plate is fixedly mounted on the bottom plane of the baseplate, so that the erected angle of the vertical wall plate can be guaranteed; and furthermore, baffle discs are fixedly mounted on the rear sides of the middles of rectifying columns, a certain distance is left between the lower ends of the rectifying columns and a plate erecting seat when the baffle discs are tangent to inner clamping plates, and the edges of the lower ends of the rectifying columns are designed to be chamfered structures, so that the insertion of the vertical wall plate can be facilitated.
